What is UL?
UL(Underwriters Laboratories) is a certifying agency for product safety that headquartered in
Northbrook, Illinois since 1894.
According to U.S. product safety requirements, UL test products worldwide whether it meet the
requirement, so that these products may be marketed and sold in United States of America.
UL Mark is the most widely accepted proof that a product meets American and Canadian safety
requirements. For American consumers, the UL Mark is a recognized symbol of product safety.
